Terms and conditions
- If the transferred ADNOC Rewards Points do not reflect in your Etihad Guest account within 24 hours please contact ADNOC Rewards support at rewards@adnocdistribution.com or call 800 300 between 7am to 11pm
- Once the Etihad Guest Miles transfer request is initiated, it cannot be reversed or refunded to your ADNOC Rewards account.
- Only members who have enrolled in the Etihad Guest programme and linked their ADNOC Rewards account are eligible to transfer their ADNOC Rewards points.
