To request a transfer, please visit Cathay United Bank website.

1. Convert your Reward Points to Etihad Guest Miles by faxing or mailing in a transfer request form to Cathay United Bank.
2. Download the transfer request form Cathay United Bank website
3. Mail in or fax the completed form to Cathay United Bank via the mailing address or fax number on the form

Please note that the Cathay United Bank website may not be in English.

You must agree to the following terms and conditions in order to transfer your Cathay United Bank Rewards Points ("Points") to participating travel loyalty programs.

1. Minimum threshold for each transfer is 1,000 airline miles/hotel points. Reward points to be redeemed must correspond to multiples of 1,000 airline miles/hotel points.
2. Only primary cardholder’s Reward points are eligible for transfer to the cardholder’s airline/hotel membership account. Please fill in all required fields above, as incomplete information may result in delays in processing which may consequently impact your benefits. If you are not a member of the airline/hotel program being requested for, please make an application to the airline/hotel company first.
3. Completed form shall be faxed to +886 2 2314-7373, or, posted to Taipei Post Box 11881 with attention to Cathay United Bank Credit Card Processing Unit. (Please call +886 2 2314-5099 and press '2' for inquireis three days after the fax/post is sent.)
4. Processing time for the transfer is approximately 12-14 working days.
5. This transfer, once processed, cannot be changed or cancelled. The valid period and related terms of the airlines miles/hotel points transferred to are subject to the airline/hotel’s terms and conditions.
6. This form shall only be used for points transfer under the Reward Point Program applicable to Cathay United Bank’s credit cards.
7. During the offer period, the Bank reserves the right to change or terminate this offer due to causes that the Bank is not liable for. In such cases, the Bank will announce via its website.
