Convert your points to miles

1. Download the Global Miles app from our website
2. Add your Etihad Guest membership details in the Global Miles app ‘cards’ section
3. Option 1: Enable ‘Set as default card’ for automatic monthly transfers Option 2. Transfer using the ‘exchange’ option under ‘cards’.

Users who wants to transfer their accumulated miles immediately need to choose (Transfer Your Miles) under their Etihad Guest Card section.

Once the Etihad Guest miles transfer request is initiated, it cannot be transferred back to your Global Miles account.

The privilege to exchange Global Miles is only available to Global Miles members who have enrolled in the Etihad Guest program.

There is no limit for mile convert and no minimum mile transfer applies for members.
