You'll earn 1 Etihad Guest Mile for every 70 ICBC Points you transfer.
Sign up for ICBC e Life App "I Enjoy Miles" to convert your ICBC Points into miles here .
- Login to ICBC’s e Life App and select “I Enjoy Miles”
- Browse options and select the Etihad Guest program.
- Choose the desired miles amount to transfer, provide your Etihad Guest membership number and click “confirm”.
- Once you confirm your transfer request, you will receive a transfer confirmation in the app.
- You will also receive real-time SMS notice when your transfer request is processed.
- You may check the status of your submitted transfer request in the app.
Please note that the ICBC e Life App may not be in English.

Terms and conditions
- You must sign up for ICBC e-Life App and transfer your ICBC Points using “I Enjoy Miles”. You must have an eligible bank card with ICBC Points for redemption (credit card and debit card). Non-eligible cards such as ICBC Airlines Co-brand Card, American Express Centurion Card, ICBC Easy Loan Credit Card, Corporate Card can not accumulate ICBC Points.
- The name on your ICBC credit card account must match the name on the participating travel loyalty program member account you are transferring to.
- Miles transfer requests are non-refundable, except in cases of miles transfer request failures.
- Your use of the ICBC Points should comply with ICBC Points Terms & Conditions.
- In case of any inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version on ICBC e Life App shall prevail.
- Chinese Translation will be shown on ICBC I Enjoy Miles Platform.
